Refunds We are happy to arrange an exchange or offer a store credit voucher, for incorrect choice subject to the terms and conditions below. Please note we do not offer cash refunds.
Product Returns
Should you be unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a store credit voucher or exchange subject to the following terms.
- You must notify us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for any exchange or credit.
- Goods will not be accepted for return without prior authorisation.
- All returns (other than faulty goods) are subject to a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred by us in the transaction/return.
- Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return if in our opinion the goods have been used or soiled in any way.
- ALL returns must be accompanied by the original receipt to be considered for exchange or store credit.
